JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Business Operations Engineer to join our Digital Transformation (ITDx) team — a technically skilled problem-solver who bridges technology and business operations.

What you’ll do

• Manage and optimize commercial and internal systems (Sales, Marketing, HR, Admin, IT, Legal).
• Develop internal tools, scripts, and simple automations to improve workflows.
• Research, self-study, and interpret technical documentation (especially Salesforce & SaaS tools).
• Support system operations: troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and work with vendors.
• Analyze and propose upgrades, integrations, or replacements to improve system performance.
• Implement integrations and improve data flow across applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and train users.
• Create clear documentation (user guides, system notes, reports).

Must-have

• Background in Software Engineering / Computer Science.
• 3+ years in operational system management or application administration.
• Comfortable reading and researching technical docs (CRM/ERP, SaaS).
• Healthy technical foundation with basic scripting (JavaScript preferred).
• Understanding of AI-driven system workflows and modern SaaS ecosystems.
• Strong analytical & communication skills; English + Vietnamese proficiency.
• Agile mindset, quick learner, and proactive problem-solver.
• Experience working with finance-related systems (bonus).

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Salesforce, Ne, CRM/ERP (SAP Base, Jira customized systems).
• Experience coding (Java/JavaScript); ability to write scripts is a plus.
• Background as Salesforce Engineer, Automation QA, or Software Engineer.
• Experience owning or managing an enterprise software platform.
